The staff at Geoden Agency have a number of years experience of the insurance industry and claims investigation.

We have experience of visiting claimants nationwide across the UK who are involved in accident, sickness and unemployment claims. These visits are a good opportunity to obtain information from a claimant about their current situation and also to pass on any contact details provided by your firm for organisations who may assist a claimant in their recovery and / or return to work.

On some occasions, these visits may uncover situations where the claimant has already returned to work, but has not yet informed your firm. This would usually then mean that you could cease to provide or reduce further benefits to the claimant.

Our visits can be carried out by appointment or unannounced, in full accordance with your wishes. We would usually look to complete a simple questionnaire during the visit to collect the information you require or alternatively we are able to take a full Civil Procedure Rules compliant statement if more appropriate.
