Geoden Agency does not collect personally identifiable information though this website, other than when you chose to contact us by e-mail, contact form or any other method.
The Geoden Agency website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use the site. This analytical tool uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity for Geoden Agency. Geoden Agency also uses a similar analysis tool provided by AWStats, however this system does not use “cookies” and instead collates information taken from the server log for our domain.
Geoden Agency will not (and will not allow any third party) to use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our site. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from any source as part of our use of the Google statistical analytics tool. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither Geoden Agency nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user.
For more information about “cookies”, including how to refuse and delete them, along with the consequences this may have, you should consult the aboutcookies.org website. This is an excellent free resource run by the law firm Pinsent Masons.
You should be aware that any other websites that may be linked to or by our website will be subject to their own policies which may differ from ours. You should carefully read the privacy policies of these websites before submitting any personal information. You should also note that a link from our website does not indicate that we approve or endorse any other firm or their products and services, unless explicitly stated.
You should also be aware that communications over the internet, such as e-mails, are not secure unless they have been encrypted. Your communications may route through a number of countries before being delivered - this is the nature of the internet. Geoden Agency cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of personal information that is beyond our control.
